Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is all about dancing like no one is watching you; dancing without the judgment of others and dancing without limits. It is a free form of dance, that serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity. This ecstatic state allows your awareness to shift and for you to experience a meditative and happy state of mind through body movement.

No dance experience is needed for this class. Class is led by certified Ecstatic Dance Instructor Alexandra Capaldo.
