I hear this alllllll the time from people who talk to me about yoga or learn that I teach yoga. There is almost always the slightest hint of guilt in their voices or the palest shadow of a fear of judgment in their eyes.
So here are a few questions to ponder:*Do you feel guilty about not doing or going to yoga when you are talking to a yoga instructor (or at any other time)? If so, why?*If you have not taken a yoga class, either privately or in a group setting, what has prevented you from doing so?*If you have been to a yoga class, either privately or in a group setting, but have stopped going, why did you stop?As a yoga practitioner and instructor, I think about these things often; I'd love to hear your thoughts and I will share mine as well!
