Private Yoga Session

Service Description

Private yoga is all about you and your practice, my friend. Group classes are great and the energy in a group class setting can be wonderful. However, a private yoga session is tailored to you, your desires, and your needs. We will spend time discussing what you want out of your practice and where you would like to focus. We will work on challenging you in empowering ways at a pace that is comfortable for you. We will work together - you will have so much input into what happens in these sessions. This is, after all, your practice.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that once you book an appointment, this time is set aside specifically for you. Of course things come up that cannot be foreseen, but if you must cancel, I do request that you please do so no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of class. Space in group classes is extremely limited and I'd like to have as much time as possible to allow someone else the opportunity to fill the cancelled spot. Thank you for understanding!
