Service Description

What a lovely treat to bestow on oneself! Restorative Yoga is big on props, but small on poses -- each class only includes a handful of poses. However, with the help of the aforementioned props, students are able to slowly and gently sink into each pose, and remain there, for several minutes, relaxing and releasing, letting go.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that once you book an appointment, this time is set aside specifically for you. Of course things come up that cannot be foreseen, but if you must cancel, I do request that you please do so no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of class. Space in group classes is extremely limited and I'd like to have as much time as possible to allow someone else the opportunity to fill the cancelled spot. Thank you for understanding!
